Do you ship outside the Netherlands and Belgium?
Currently, we only ship orders within the Netherlands and Belgium.
What is the estimated delivery time?
Orders are typically processed within 1 to 3 business days. Once dispatched, delivery is expected within 7 to 12 business days. You will receive a tracking link via email as soon as your order has been shipped.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.
If your order has a quality issue, arrives damaged, or includes missing or incorrect items, we will issue a refund or send a replacement — no return required.
If the return is due to personal reasons (such as ordering the wrong item or changing your mind), we accept the return, but you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
All items must be unused and in their original packaging.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
